COVID-19 UPDATE
Beginning Monday, March 23rd, I moved to holding telehealth (video) appointments only, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Practice PHILOSOPHY
The primary goal is to allow people to tell their stories, and process their experiences. Jessica has a strong clinical skillset that enables her to establish treatment frameworks to help clients develop practical and effective coping strategies, to feel a greater sense of empowerment, to be able to heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves. Ultimately, she sees herself as someone to help people become an agent of positive change in their own lives.
